The incident could have been prevented if the driver had not stayed in the semi’s blind spot for that long. I don’t understand what is it also with driver’s going parallel speeds with truckers, especially when beside them. Yes, the semi had no reason to be in the passing lane, but even if the trucker is in the here, there’s no reason for any driver to be driving same speed and beside them. The trucker could have used the car’s headlights from the right side as a clear indicator that there is a vehicle beside them.

Worst drivers in canada hands down are in Vancouver...I've loved in Toronto and Montreal as well as Calgary...and the drivers in Vancouver are without a shadow of a doubt the worst drivers. Period!
